• How to Order
o Choose the items you wish to purchase.

o Ensure the measurements and sizes are correct before ordering.

o Submit your details via PM/Email - Name/Address/Contact No./Item Code/Size

o You will receive Order Confirmation Reply by Email.

• Payment

o Bank Transfer via POSB/DBS

• Delivery Mode

o HOME DELIVERY

o $2.50 per delivery

o Items to be delivered within 3 days of items arrival.

For Accessories Only
o Send only by Registered Mail.

• Note: Items sold will not be refunded or exchange. We will check items before delivery.
Below are some reasons that will not be considered:

o Change of mind in purchasing

o Wrong Size

o Items not according to customer’s expectancy

o Items is not exchangeable after delivery

o Customers are accountable for their purchased items.

Customers will need to pay 50% deposit of item amount after confirmation of order. Customers will pay the deposit within 2 days after receiving the Order Confirmation Reply by Email. There will be no refund of deposit if customer wishes to cancel the order. Customer will then pay the remaining 50% before receiving the items delivery. Customers will be kept updated on the updates of the items until they receive it personally by us. Please take proper considerations as to facilitate us in providing you a very satisfied service.
